We took some much needed family time at the cabin for the day...We had a blast swimming, watching movies, eating, napping, sunbathing, canoeing, laughing, eating and just goofing around. The weather was perfect...85-90 degrees with clear blue skies and some occasional wind gusts. We soaked up some sun and are sporting some wonderful hot pink tones where the farmer's tan ended.
We even brought the dogs and they had a blast. 
Sassy was in the water the whole time, and even climbed into the canoe for a ride. Not to mention the bazillion sticks she swam out to get as they floated by. 
Little Man just sat and watched. I guess the water was too cold for him.

i'm happy you guys got some family time!!! how lucky are you to take a little get-away and actually get some good wholesome sunshine! looks like lots of fun... even though i missed passing you a few times in the hallway yesterday. and i hope your foot is doing better!
