I just love my electric skillet pan. There is one up at the cabin that we use and I decided that I needed one at home. I use it tons!
Tonight I am planning to make some foot-long hamburgers...see that sourdough bread sitting there...that's the buns (Cool right? Not really, it's just since I don't have burger buns nor the desire to run to the store and get some). Wish me luck! Hopefully my skillet won't let me down!
