I had an extra ketchup bottle lying around (I will show you why in another post) and remember hearing they are great for filling the inside of cupcakes. I mentioned it to Ashley...and Voila!...she made peanut butter and caramel filled chocolate cupcakes. She said that all she did was to pour some caramel in the bottle and squeeze into the cooled muffins (she warmed the peanut butter first to make it easier to squirt). Then, she frosted them over. Easy squeezy!
