I had heard many years ago, the best way to clean a microwave is to put in a cup full of water and warm it up for a few minutes. I figured it was an urban legend...until now. That trick is aMaZiNg!!!
I tried it out on our 6 year old microwave...here's how it went down....(I will edit this since the details are too gruesome). I grabbed a mug from the cupboard. Filled it with water. Put it in the microwave for 3 minutes. Then, I came back 5 minutes later to a steam filled microwave. Opened the door, grabbed a cloth and wiped the inside top to bottom...10 seconds later (no lie!)....it all just wiped right off...Voila!
