Fried Rice

My amazing friend taught me how to make Fried Rice.  Then, she sent me home with cute little 'take-home' boxes...So, we ate homemade Fried Rice Take-out style.  The kids loved it! (so did I!).
The ingredients are as  follows:

3 carrots very finely chopped
3 celery stalks very finely chopped
1 small onion very finely chopped
1 cup frozen corn
1 cup frozen peas
1 cup cooked meat (ham, chicken or beef)
4-5 cups Cooked Rice (make it on the sticky side)
3 Tablespoons Sesame Seed Oil
1 Tablespoon Soy Sauce
1 Tablespoon Ketchup
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper

(Really there is no specific recipe...you just add what you want and how much you like, so this recipe is more or less a suggestion.)
  Here are some picture instructions:

In a large pan on medium heat, add 2 Tablespoon Sesame Oil, the carrots, celery and onion.  While stirring constantly, cook until barely tender.
 Add corn.
Add peas.

Now sprinkle in that salt and pepper.
Add your meat, we used ham.
The cooking is finished, so add your rice.  I would say we added 4-5 cups of cooked rice.
Stir that all really good, while on very low heat.
Add another Tablespoon of Sesame Oil. Stir well.
 Add your soy sauce.
 Add the ketchup.
Mix that all super duper well...and you are finished!!
