After our photos, we scurried off to attended the ballet performance of the Nutcracker at McCaw Hall.
We sat only a few rows from the stage, and enjoyed the ballet and music.
At the intermission, the young dancers distributed cute little Nutcracker buttons to the audience.
This past Thanksgiving weekend, we had some wonderful family time...so many great stories and experiences.
Here is our attempt to keep those loved ones near and far up to date on our lives out in 'The Sticks'...Enjoy.

A night in Seattle...
We surprised the kids with tickets to see the Nutcracker in Seattle. They have been asking to go for years, and this year we decided to take them. We left early in the afternoon and parked at the Seattle Center. Once we were there, we hopped on the monorail to see the sights and lights of downtown Seattle.
The kids were amused by the people we saw. We even were able to see Santa Clause. He was such a character.
His photo booth was in the corner window display at Nordstroms.
It was fun to have a family photo taken as people peered in from the streets.
