Homemade Caramels

This recipe is from my grandma (thanks Granny!)
It is so easy and the caramels just melt in your mouth!
All you need is...

1 Cup Corn Syrup (1/2 light and 1/2 dark)
2 Cups Brown Sugar
1 Cup Butter
1 can Sweetened Condensed Milk

In a large pot, combine all ingredients. Then, on medium heat stir constantly until it is hot and bubbly. You will know that your caramels are done if you drop a tiny spoonful into cold water and it forms a hard ball. Then, pour the hot caramel into a buttered 9x13 baking dish. When they are nearly cooled, cut into bite sized pieces and wrap in wax paper.
